Inez Donmoyer

I am a Maryland Registered Massage Practitioner(a graduate of Holistic Massage Training Institute in Baltimore). I hold a BA degree from Notre Dame of Maryland University and an MA degree from Maryland University of Integrative Health. I am also a certified equine, canine, and small animal massage therapist/ bodyworker, certified through Bancroft School of Massage Therapy in Worcester, Massachusetts (2011).

My favorite modalities include myofascial and energy work; I intend to pursue further specialization in myofascial, cranial sacral, and myoskeletal work. Seeking to help the whole of the person, I say ‘the body is wise and often knows best where it needs to be in balance and at ease.’ Using my intuition, I integrate a variety of techniques as warranted as no two being are the same.

Additionally, I am Reiki Master teacher and practitioner (Usui, SSR, Karuna, and Animal). I am a holistic health and wellness advocate and with a strong interest in wellness and creating a healing environment, I am a firm believer in showing and teaching others how they, too, can maintain wellness. In my spare time, I enjoy exceptional food (yep, I’m a ‘foodie’), spending time with my furry 4-leggeds, horseback riding, the ocean, dancing, meditation and travel. My personal motto is: “Know yourself as Fierce, Endless Possibility!”

Ginny Jump

I have practiced yoga along with general physical and nutritional fitness most of my life. In 2011 I began learning and practicing energy work when I wanted more ways to care for my patients other than what I knew from western medicine. I am a Healing Touch Certified Practitioner and 200 hour registered yoga teacher. Together Yoga and Healing Touch are an impactful addition to my clinical practice. I am able to offer ways to heal not only physically but emotionally, mentally and spiritually.

My journey since 2011 has changed and improved my life in ways I never expected. I am now expanding my work to the community setting where I combine clinical knowledge, energy work and yoga. I understand how health can be compromised when a blockage or deficit exists in the flow of energy. Healing Touch uses gentle touch techniques on or around a client to help balance the flow of energy in the body. Healing Touch has been proven to help decrease pain and anxiety and promote relaxation and healing. Healing Touch sessions will enable clients to heal by deeply relaxing, rejuvenating and rebalancing of their energy systems. I believe western medicine and the public see how the addition of complementary modalities improve our current approaches to health care. Thus holistic health care or the combined attention to the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of one’s health creates better healing and health.  I am blessed and excited to have learned, trained and now practice in this way.

My hobbies are exploring and learning about complementary ways to promote healing and health. I also enjoy family time. I have a close loving family with my children, parents, siblings, nieces and nephews. We enjoy spending time together sharing vacations, holidays and social outings. Humor is a large part of our family’s connection.

Kathryn Powers

Hi everyone!  I’m Kathryn, also known as Kat, Kathy, Rebel, Mom and, well, I can’t begin to list out all the names I’ve gone by over the years.  I answer to anything except Mrs. Powers or ma’am.

I am a lot like my current clients and, I’ll bet, a lot like you.  Over the years I have had many experiences, some good and some bad, some that have lifted me up in the moment and others that have caused me to stumble.  Those experiences have been tremendous learning opportunities and the more “struggles” I have been through, the clearer my path in life has become.

I am a “Healer” and to be able to help others find the healing spark within themselves, I have had to travel at least a small portion of the path that my clients have traveled.  I am an Empath: I can feel your pain; I can feel your joy; I can feel where you bottle up your emotions; and, I can feel where you need that something extra to get you through the day.

I am no different than you except for the fact that I have learned how to tap into the healing spark inside of me through Psychic Development courses, a Spiritual Mentorship program, attunements to the energy of Crystals and, most importantly, through Reiki.

Over the past year, I have become a Certified Reiki Master Teacher in both Usui Shiki Ryoho and Seichim Sekhem Reiki.  I have found my path and passion in life (outside of my son and baking)  and would like nothing better than to share what I have learned with you, your family, friends, and pets.  I look forward to working with you!  Namaste !

Janet Shettle

I am a Professional Medical Reiki Master/Teacher & Practitioner.  I began my Medical Reiki practice in 2008 at Upper Chesapeake Hospital’s, Cancer LifeNet Center.  The program became so popular and successful; the center developed a Holistic Program and was awarded a grant by the Susan G. Komen Foundation. I saw first hand the incredible healing power of this spiritual practice. Simple but profound!

I have studied and worked with Pamela Miles, a renowned Medical Reiki Master who pioneered the use of Reiki in conventional medicine.  Ms. Miles has lectured in several medical schools across the country and has created in-hospital Reiki programs.  She was invited to speak about Reiki on “The Doctor Oz Show” in January of 2010.

In 2009 Animal Reiki became an important part of my practice and I specializing in Equine Reiki Therapy. I am currently working in several barns in and around Baltimore County, Harford and Carroll County.
